My service is addressed to Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods companies. While Interim Management is my core business, there is always a consulting element included. Based on my long experience, I will typically deliver additional benefits for my customers.
My availability

My customers

Taking a closer look, my focus area in pharmaceuticals is in manufacturing and packing of solid oral dosage, creams and liquids – primarily , but not exclusively – non-sterile. In FMCG my focus is on the Health Care and Beauty Care sector.
In addition, I provide my service e.g. in the chemical or food industries as in those industries processes and parameters are often very similar to the Pharma and FMCG business.
