Responsibility:
- Project lead for the workstreams Master Data and Serialization
- Responsible for overarching supply chain topics
Context:
- Prepare and execute the handover of approx. 110 medical products and 2 manufacturing sites
Actions:
- Align master data requirements between buyer and seller, including legal clearance
- Secure collection and verification of data (sender side), data transfer and official close out
- Create and align road map for serialization handover of manufacturing sites (first time business case) between seller and buyer
- Align road map between buyer and seller
- Integration of new data flows in existing / new IT-systems, including functional testing and process validation
- Development and implementation of an advanced shipping notification as well as cross-company release procedures for finished product
Result:
- Handover to buyer carried out according to schedule
- All data transfers completed on time
- Serialization operable in new set as planned as of week 3 after hand-over
