  • Improvement of the efficiency in the warehouse while introducing the P&G Operational Excelllence Program (IWS) in the warehouse

Actions:

  • Planning and Execution of technical and organisational changes
  • Introduction of a paperless receiving process with pre-labelled pallets with all A-suppliers
  • Introduction and usage of IWS tools in the warehouse (Daily direction settting, maintenance and repair planning, skill needs assessment and trainings plan, problem solving techniques)
  • Reorganisation of the teams with enlargement of responsibilities

  • Doubling of productivity (measured in pallets handled daily per person) within one year
  • Lighthouse project of a „Focussed Improvement Team“ executed in the warehouse
