  • Phase-in and Phase-out plan (including stock build for the launch) completed on finished SKU level. Colaborative approach togehter with the demand planners in the international customer centers
  • Material plan created based on finished product plan
  • Continous monitoring of new product variants and steering of overall project and stock levels
    > regular adjustments to Phase-in Phase-out plan done to avoid remnants and ensure product availability
  • Synchronisation of plans with production capacities (internal and external)
